When the payment process is complete, you will receive an email with an activation key, which you should enter in the appropriate field in the trial version of the program. This will change the license from trial to full-function.

A personal license allows you to use Movavi software on a single PC, workstation, or other device. To install and use our software on multiple computers, you need to purchase a license for each device.

A business license allows organizations to install and use the software for commercial or business purposes. Commercial use includes the use of Movavi software for the purpose of generating direct or indirect financial gain (e.g., through sales, licensing, advertising, etc.).

All licensing terms are specified in our Movavi Software End User License Agreement (General License)

With a subscription, our programs are only available to you for a specified period of time. That period of time can be extended by renewing the subscription, which you can do either automatically or manually. While your subscription is active, you will receive both minor updates and major upgrades for free.

With a lifetime license, you can use the current version of the program for an unlimited length of time. You will receive free minor updates, such as versions 24.1, 24.2, and so on, but you will need to purchase major upgrades like version 25, 26, or 27 separately. Major upgrades are optional until such time as Movavi ceases to support a particular version of the software.

You can use only one activation key per computer unless your license states otherwise. If you want to use the program on a different computer, you'll need to uninstall it from the first computer.

Your activation keys and download links are saved in your Movavi Account. Make sure you have registered your Movavi Account with the same email you used for purchase.

If you don't have a Movavi Account, you may access your purchased programs by filling out the Lost Key form or by locating the installation files here.

The average time to deliver an email with an activation key is 15 minutes. If you did not receive the email within this time frame, check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact our Support Team.

In order to cancel the subscription, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Movavi account.
2. Go to the Programs, Effects or Services tab depending what you would like to cancel:
3. Choose your desired subscription and then cancel it. Note: If you activated a free trial for effects, you should also cancel that subscription in the Effects tab, in addition to canceling your Movavi Editor subscription in the Programs tab.

You might be asked to specify the reason. This information is confidential.

After cancelling the subscription, the information about cancellation will be updated in your Movavi account within 24 hours.

An upgrade is a newer version of a Movavi program that offers a significant change or major improvement over your current version. A cost may apply to the provision of these versions.

An update is a download of a Movavi program that provides fixes for bugs and other malfunctions and/or provides minor software improvements to your current version. These downloads are provided free of charge by Movavi while that version of the software is still supported.

If your case meets the conditions of our refund policy, you can apply for a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting our support team on the main page of the Support Center.

Broadly, you qualify for a refund if:

1. You have a persistent technical issue with our program or Effect Set and our Support Team has not been able to resolve the problem within 14 calendar days.
2. You have accidentally purchased the same program or Effect Set twice within a 14-day period.
3. You have experienced activation problems that were not solved within 24 hours.
4. You have purchased an Effect Set but you do not have any compatible Movavi programs.
5. We have discontinued provision of the program and/or we have had to terminate the license agreement, so we are unable to let your subscription run until its end date for technical or business reasons.
