The easiest way to cancel your subscription is via your Personal Account on
movavi.id/login. Log in to your account, go to the
Subscriptions tab and click
Turn off auto-renewal.
Once you click the button,
your subscription will cease to be active after the expiration date, and there will be no further renewal.
If you used the 2Checkout online payment processing service, you can also cancel directly on their website. Please follow these steps to do this:
- Log in to 2Checkout with your email address or order number.
- Go to the My Products tab and locate the subscription you purchased.
- Click Stop automatic subscription renewal.
- In the confirmation window, click Stop auto-renewal.
Once you stop auto-renewal, you will not be charged for any further payments. Note that it may take up to
24 hours for the ‘Disabled auto-renewal’ status to process in 2Checkout.
