Cancel Movavi Subscription
This article walks you through how to cancel your Movavi subscription and explains what to expect after cancellation.
To avoid any unexpected charges, we recommend canceling before your renewal date or before your trial ends.

Program subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription for a Movavi program:
  • the program becomes available according to the selected plan
  • access remains active until the end of the paid period
  • canceling stops future renewals only
Movavi offers different types of subscriptions, which are managed separately.
Movavi Effects subscriptions
Movavi Effects subscriptions:
  • may include a free trial with full access
  • automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
  • are managed separately from program subscriptions

Canceling a program subscription does not cancel an Effects subscription, and vice versa.

Step 1: Identify how your subscription is managed
Movavi-managed subscriptions
Your subscription is managed by Movavi if:
  • you subscribed via a web browser, and
  • charges come directly from Movavi

These subscriptions are managed in your Movavi account.
Step 2: Cancel a Movavi-managed subscription
1. Sign in to your Movavi account at https://movavi.id
2. Open My purchasesPrograms, Effects, or Services
3. Select the active subscription
4. Click Cancel subscription

If prompted, you may choose a cancellation reason (optional).

📌 Important:
If you have both a program subscription and a Movavi Effects subscription, cancel each one separately in its corresponding section.

After cancellation:

  • access remains available until the end of the current billing period
  • no further charges will be made
  • subscription status may take up to 24 hours to update
How to cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription
If your subscription is managed by an app store:




Movavi Customer Service cannot cancel or modify App Store subscriptions.
What happens after cancellation
  • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only
  • The current paid period is not refunded automatically
  • Deleting your Movavi account does not cancel subscriptions
Refunds
We process refunds according to the Movavi Refund Policy.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be issued if all policy conditions are met. If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, contact Movavi Customer Service and provide:

  • the email address used for purchase, or
  • your order ID (if available)
