Sometimes Movavi may show promotional or informational pop-up screens after launch.
In rare cases, these screens may appear incorrectly or block the program interface.

This article explains what to do if a pop-up blocks the program and how to prevent it from appearing again.

Quick fix (start here)

If a pop-up blocks the program and you can’t close it:

• Press Esc (Escape) on your keyboard

or

• Click the X button in the corner of the pop-up window

In most cases, this closes the screen immediately and allows you to continue working.

How to stop pop-ups from appearing again

Option 1: Use the built-in option (recommended)
If the pop-up includes a “Do not show again” checkbox:

1. Enable the checkbox
2. Close the pop-up using X or Esc

That specific notification will no longer appear.

Option 2: Disable update notifications in settings
If you prefer not to receive update or upgrade notifications:

1. Open the Movavi program
2. Go to Settings → Preferences → General
3. Disable update or promotional notifications
4. Restart the program

When to contact Movavi Customer Service

Contact Movavi Customer Service if:

• the pop-up cannot be closed with Esc or X
• the program remains blocked after restarting
• the issue happens every time you launch the program.
