Make sure the Movavi program is fully closed before continuing.
Step 2: Remove Movavi preference files
Open Finder
In the top menu, click Go → Go to Folder, or click CMD+Shift+G when the Finder appears
3. Enter the following path and click Go: ~/Library/Preferences
4. In this folder, search for files or folders that contain com.movavi (make sure you’ve changed the search area for ‘Preferences’ folder)
Step 3: Remove the pplication
Open Finder → Applications
Locate the Movavi program
Drag it to Trash in the dock
Empty the Trash
Step 4: Temporarily disable security software
If you use antivirus or firewall software on macOS, temporarily disable it before reinstalling the program. This helps avoid issues during installation and activation. You can enable it again after installation is complete.
