In most cases, your Movavi Templates subscription is activated automatically.
This happens when Movavi Templates and Movavi Video Editor are purchased using the same email address.
If both products are linked to the same email:

• open Movavi Video Editor
• start using your Templates and Blocks – no additional activation is required

If Movavi Templates and Movavi Video Editor are linked to different email addresses, automatic activation may not occur.
In this case:

1. Open Movavi Video Editor
2. Go to Packs
3. Open the activation dialog for Movavi Templates
4. Enter or paste your Movavi Templates activation key

After activation, you can start using the paid Templates and Blocks included in your subscription.
You can find your activation key in your Movavi account under Effects → Movavi Templates → Show key.

When to contact Movavi Customer Service

Contact Movavi Customer Service if your Movavi Templates subscription is active, but paid Templates and Blocks are still unavailable after activation.

Please include:

• the email address used for the purchase
• your Movavi Templates activation key
• a screenshot of the issue
