Paid but didn’t receive an activation key
If you’ve completed your purchase but haven’t received an activation key yet, don’t worry – it doesn’t always mean something went wrong. Sometimes the key just takes a little longer to arrive, or there may be a simple delivery issue.

Here are the most common reasons and what you can do first.
Most common reasons
The email address was entered incorrectly
We send your activation key to the email address you provided during checkout.
If there was a typo:
  • the payment can still be completed successfully,
  • but the activation email won’t reach you.

This is one of the most common reasons our customers don’t receive their key.

The payment is still being processed
Some payment methods are not instant.
In particular:
  • Bank / wire transfers may take 3–5 business days to process
  • The activation key is sent only after the payment is fully completed.
If you recently paid by bank transfer, please allow a little extra time for the payment to be processed.
What to do first
  1. Check the email address you entered during checkout.
  2. Check your Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders.
  3. If you used a bank or wire transfer, wait until the payment is fully processed.

In many cases, your activation key will be sent automatically as soon as the payment is completed.
Already paid and still no key?
If:
  • the payment is fully completed, and
  • you still don’t have the activation key,

Purchases via App Store or resellers
If you purchased from a third-party reseller:
Activation keys may be managed by that store. Please contact the reseller directly for purchase details.

If you purchased through the Apple App Store:
Activation keys are not provided. Your purchase is linked to your Apple account, so the app will unlock as soon as you install it.
When to contact Movavi Customer Service:
Contact Movavi Customer Service if:
  • the payment has been completed
  • you can’t restore the key using the recovery steps, and
  • you believe the email address may have been entered incorrectly

Please include:
  • the email address you intended to use
  • the approximate purchase date
  • the payment method used (for card payments, the last 4 digits are very helpful)
