Movavi licenses are governed by theMovavi Software End User License Agreement(EULA). Your license type defines how you can use Movavi software. If your use meets the conditions below, no further action is needed.
How to choose the right license
Personal License – for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed (except monetized YouTube videos – see below).
Business License – for commercial and professional use.
Educational / Nonprofit / Governmental Licenses – for non-commercial use within the approved category.
General rules (apply to all licenses)
A license grants the right to use the software, not ownership.
Only one license type may be applied per licensee.
Software use must match the selected license type.
Personal license
Allowed
personal and non-commercial projects
home videos, hobbies, personal learning
Monetized YouTube videos Monetization is allowed only if:
the video was created using Movavi software
the video description states it was created with Movavi
videos created for clients, services, advertising, or business purposes.
Device limit
licensed for use on one computer by default.
If you need to move the software to another computer, contact Support to transfer the license. Using one license on multiple devices at the same time requires Shared Access.

Device limit
licensed for use on one computer by default, unless otherwise stated in the purchase order
If additional devices or users are required, additional licenses should be purchased.
Educational, nonprofit, and governmental licenses
provided under special pricing and eligibility conditions
limited to non-commercial use only

Using the software outside the approved scope violates the license terms.
Activation and device limits
By default, a license allows use on one device at a time.
License transfers to another computer are handled by Support and do not permit simultaneous use on multiple devices.
Using the software on multiple devices at the same time requires Shared Access or additional licenses.
Shared Access
Shared Access applies only to Personal licenses
Business licenses require purchasing additional licenses instead.
User accounts
Some products require a user account
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Deleting an account may result in loss of access to account-based products and does not cancel subscriptions.
Subscriptions must be canceled separately.
Prohibited actions
You may not:
bypass or modify licensing or activation mechanisms
interfere with the software’s integrity or security
resell, rent, sublicense, or use the software outside license terms
use the software for unlawful purposes.
Violations may result in license termination without a refund.
Important notes
License rules apply regardless of product version or promotional offers.
Compatibility with future operating systems or hardware is not guaranteed.
