When to contact Movavi Customer Service
On macOS, apps need permission to access features such as screen recording, system audio, the microphone, and the webcam.
If the required permissions are not enabled, you may experience issues such as:

How to allow required permissions on macOS
Check required permission categories
Open each of the following sections and make sure the Movavi program is allowed:
If the Movavi program is listed, enable the toggle next to it.
If the program is not listed
Don’t see the Movavi program in one of the permission lists? Try to do this:
Repeat this for all required categories.
If recording issues continue after you’ve enabled all required permissions and restarted the program, please contact Movavi Customer Service.
Include:
- Open Applications in Finder (or locate the app in the Dock).
- Drag and drop the Movavi program into the corresponding permission list.
- Enable the permission.
- Close System Settings.
- Restart the Movavi program.
- Try recording again.
- Changes to recording permissions take effect only after restarting the program.
- Some permission changes may require restarting your Mac.
- If permissions are denied, macOS will block access without showing an error inside the program.
- which permission categories are enabled
- which recording feature does not work (screen, audio, microphone, webcam)
- whether the program appears in the permission lists
- being unable to record a selected screen area
- missing system audio or microphone sound
- webcam not working during recording.
- Open System Settings (or System Preferences) from the Apple menu

- Open the Privacy section
- Click the lock icon (if shown) and authenticate to allow changes
