Program trial (no charges)

Trial versions of Movavi programs (for example, Movavi Video Editor):

• allow you to test the software with certain limitations
• do not require payment details by default
• do not convert into paid subscriptions automatically

Using a program trial alone will not result in a charge.

Effects trial (may result in charges)

Movavi Effects is a separate paid service with premium content.
An Effects trial:

• provides temporary full access to Movavi Effects
• requires payment details
• automatically converts into a paid subscription if not canceled before the trial ends

An Effects trial may be activated:

• separately
• together with a program purchase

What to check first (self-service)

1. Sign in to your Movavi account at https://movavi.id using the purchase email
2. Open My purchases
3. Check the Effects section for:

• an active subscription
• or
• a recently renewed subscription

In most cases, this explains the charge.

We process refunds according to the Movavi Refund Policy.
Except as explicitly stated in the policy, subscription fees are non-refundable.

When to contact Movavi Customer Service

Contact Movavi Customer Service if:

• you don’t see any active subscriptions in your account
• the charge does not match your purchase history

Please include:

• the email address used for the purchase
• the charge date
• a Payment Receipt from PayPal or Bank Statement showing purchase information
