WHAT IS THE DOWNLOAD INSURANCE SERVICE?

Movavi Download Insurance Service is an optional add-on that gives you extended access to your purchased installation files.

Download Insurance Service lets you re-download your installation files anytime within two years after buying the software.

How the download insurance service works

Need to download your software again? No problem – here’s what to do:

Open the link provided in your Download Insurance Service email.
Enter the email address you used when making the purchase and click Send.
You’ll receive an email with download link for your product(s) and the corresponding activation key(s)

This allows you to restore access to your software if the original installer files are lost.

Important notes

Download Insurance Service does not affect your license type or license validity.
It doesn’t extend your subscription period or include access to new software versions.
The service is only intended for re-downloading installation files within the two-year period.

Optional service

Download Insurance Service is optional.
If you don’t need it, you can remove it from your cart during checkout before completing the purchase.
