A video’s aspect ratio is the ratio between its width and height.
When a video with one aspect ratio is played on a screen or exported with a different aspect ratio, black bars may appear to preserve the original image without distortion.
Black bars may appear around a video after conversion when the video’s aspect ratio doesn’t match the selected output settings. This often happens with older videos or vertical videos converted for widescreen playback.

Contact Movavi Customer Service if:
1. Click Edit next to the file you want to convert.
2. In the editing window, open the Crop tab.
3. Adjust the crop frame so it covers the desired area of the video.
4. Center the frame if needed.
5. Click Apply.
6. Click Done to close the editor.
