Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery, you’ll need to manage the subscription and request a refund directly through the app store.
Apple, Huawei, and Google handle all billing, subscription changes, and refunds for purchases made on their platforms, so we’re not able to process those requests on our side.

- Google Play: subscriptions and refunds are managed in your Google Play account.
- Huawei AppGallery: contact their Support Team directly for further information.
Purchases made through the App Store, Huawei AppGallery, or Google Play may not appear in your Movavi account.
