Request a refund: Movavi refund policy
At Movavi, we want to make your experience as simple and transparent as possible. That’s why all our programs include a trial version with key features, so you can explore the software and make sure it meets your needs before purchasing.

Movavi subscriptions are generally non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund Policy. This policy helps us keep our products accessible and continue developing new features and improvements.

Refunds are issued only in the specific cases listed below, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
When you can get a refund
You may be able to get a refund if your situation matches one of the cases below:

  • Technical issues
The problem cannot be resolved within 14 days after you contact our Support Team.

  • Duplicate purchase
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once within 14 calendar days.

  • Activation issues
You contacted Support about activation and did not receive a response within 24 hours.

  • Compatibility issues
An Effects pack does not work with your Movavi program.

  • Program discontinued
The program was discontinued and can no longer be used.
When refunds aren’t available
Refunds are not issued if:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.

  • You’re not satisfied with the features available in the trial version.

  • You’ve changed your mind or found a different program.

  • You’ve used Fastreel, Free Online Screen Recorder, or PDFChef.

If your situation falls under any of the points above, a refund won’t be approved.

How long do refunds take
If your refund is approved, processing times depend on your bank or payment provider:

  • Credit cards: 5–10 business days
  • PayPal: 3–5 business days
  • Other payment methods: up to 10 business days
Subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed to Movavi through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Huawei AppGallery, you’ll need to manage the subscription and request a refund directly through the app store.

Apple, Huawei, and Google handle all billing, subscription changes, and refunds for purchases made on their platforms, so we’re not able to process those requests on our side.

  • Apple App Store: subscriptions and refunds are managed in your Apple ID settings.
  • Google Play: subscriptions and refunds are managed in your Google Play account.
  • Huawei AppGallery: contact their Support Team directly for further information.

Purchases made through the App Store, Huawei AppGallery, or Google Play may not appear in your Movavi account.
Cancel your subscription
To stop future charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll still have access to the paid version until your current billing period ends.
How to apply for a refund
If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact Movavi Customer Service. We'll be happy to review your request. Include your order number and any relevant details needed to review your request.
